Webmaster's Biography: Cindy Lopez has her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey. She is founder of NJParalegal.com, an on-line community for New Jersey Paralegals. She is Publisher and Editor of its Newsletter, Paralegal Press. She has also been a contributing writer for Legal Assistant Today Magazine and NJ Law Journal. See Press Room for Articles. Mrs. Lopez has served as instructor at the Stuart School of Business teaching Legal Office Practice and Procedure and at Ocean County College teaching Legal Office Assistant Certification Course. She is a member of the Brookdale Community College Board of Directors Paralegal Studies Department. She holds speaking engagements throughout New Jersey discussing options for paralegal careers and the paralegal job market in New Jersey. She has held discussions for paralegal students at Montclair State University, Brookdale Community College, Ocean County College and Raritan Valley Community College. As a Voice in the paralegal community, Mrs. Lopez has been asked to participate in a seminar panel by Middlesex County Bar Association and and as a speaker at the NYC Paralegal Superconference in NYC hosted by EstrinLegalEd on the issue of Paralegal Ethics. Her contributions to the NJ Law Journal and Legal Assistant Today magazine also discuss ethical issues for the paralegal.
