SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:  You may submit an article which must be pre-approved by our staff.  Your article will gain you recognition in the legal community and free advertising for your business!

1.  All topics/titles must be approved by NJParalegal.com BEFORE any submission, please submit a brief outline by email to clopez@njparalegal.com
2.  You must be a Paralegal practicing for at least two years or an Attorney in good standing with the ABA.  If other, knowledgeable and in good standing within the business community.
3.  Once topic and outline is approved by NJParalegal.com, a 500-750 word article with your one paragraph professional biography is to be submitted via email as a Word document to clopez@njparalegal.com by the 25th day of the previous month (ex. Dec 25 is deadline for January issue).
4.  By writing an article for Paralegal Press you must request permission in the future to have the article re-published and proper credit must be given to Paralegal Press.  You also agree that NJParalegal.com has the right to re-publish the article, in any media or on its website without any further permission from you.
